Peace of mind

I purchased three of the carbon monoxide stickers for family members and even if they did not appreciate the thought I know they won't be at caught out.

Fast and Efficient Service!

I ordered the Permanent UV Marker Pens, they arrived in a day or two and were in perfect order and did the job well.

Mr Baker

Good product for the price

This is a first class product for a one room protection. The only disappointing thing was that the cable to the external alarm was far too long in my case. After ringing the company I was told that the only way to shorten the wire was by folding it into loops, not really satisfactory. It would have been better if it was possible to get to the wiring in the external alarm to shorten to the length required.

Mr Allen

There was a problem with the delivery which CPP dealt with very promptly and efficiently.

Probably this wasnt the best product for us. Great when we are at home overnight together but when husband is on nights (early home) or days (early start) the alarm cant be activated cause it goes off at the slightest touch (of course) and cant be deactivated without waking up the whole house.
Will still use it at weekends though :)

This alarm will alert me if my Husband who has dementia attempts to get out the front door. This also enables me to relax and have a bit of normal life knowing he is safe

I cannot fault the service or products I bought. The items arrived safely and look great.

I cannot fault the service or products I bought. The items arrived safely and look great, a nice change from bulky personal alarms.
I bought one of each heart shaped alarms as samples for my company and will be offering them to staff soon. Will definitely be back for more soon.

I have no hesitation in recommending the company or the product to anyone

The item I purchased (I remote PIR for an away-from-the-home garage) arrived as expected. However, there was a fault (unusually) in that the PIR could not 'learn' the remote. I called, and on advice returned the item.
It turns out that the remote had a fault which was not detectable. However, the customer service I received, the advice given, and the fact that a replacement was in my hands within two days is faultless.
I have no hesitation in recommending the company or the product to anyone with similar requirements

Mr G Waller

Mr F Cox

Thank you. I have had a very good experience thus far in my dealings with your company and website

My wife and I bought vibration alarms, and also dusk 'til dawn lights from you.

The details for the dusk 'til dawn lights says you need Edison Screw bulbs, when in fact thev should be bayonet.Other than that misinformation we are very satisfied with your service.

Price was competitive, the service was excellent and delivery incredibly prompt

I purchased two Wrist Alarms and these were delivered the following day. The alarms will be useful (when out and about) as they can be 'operated' with one hand and because they are worn they are much more easily available to use than any alarm which might be in a pocket or handbag. The price was competitive, the service was excellent and delivery incredibly prompt. Well done!

Ms Anderson

Once again your service was speedy and efficient

Good Morning CPP,
Once again your service was speedy and efficient and particularly helpful is the notification of delivery time especially in a large office where I am based where things can go ‘astray’.

Thanks again and I will of course be using your services again in the future.

Have a good day.

Mr G Thomson

Sent for a personal attack alarm - to take with me dog walking! It's lovely (pretty pink colour) - small enough to slip in my pocket, very easy to switch on and off. 10 out of 10.
