I fitted the alarm on my patio door and kitchen back door. The alarm is really noisy when set off. I was expecting the alarm to be triggered off by the slightest of movement of the door but you need to be quite hard and try to open the door with force or bang really hard on the glass to trigger it off. Saying that I am happy with the purchase.

I ordered their medium sized pouch which contained several pens for marking different items in the household or outside which was unexpected. The contents were ideal for what i was needing however the card for noting down the items i had marked wasn't big enough to note down the items i have in my house and outside.The stickers that let people know the items are security marked is a brilliant idea, and it was so easy for me to mark everything i needed marked and woulod recommend this to anyone.

I ordered 4 Personal Attack Alarms and was very pleased with the prompt delivery. Unfortunately, one of the four turned out to be defective and I emailed Customer Service to ask for a replacement. The reply was very prompt and courteous - and promised to send the replacement immediately (and no need to send the defective one back). The replacement arrived on my doormat the following day.
So - big thumbs up for customer service!
