I found the range of products on the website very appealing, and chose a heart shape alarm as I didn't want something that would stand out and make people ask questions. The site said it was only available in one colour and I placed an order & as it was the weekend I was expecting to wait a few days for delivery, the Monday I received a call to say the colour was out of stock,would I accept another colour. I chose to accept an alternate colour and it arrived the next day. I am very happy with the size, shape, weight and quality as well as the easy to read instructions that came with my panic alarm - I have tested it for a few seconds and am happy with the sound and volume, hopefully I will never need to actually use it but it is giving me peace of mind already
