Superb service from people who seem to really know their products

I didn't know which personal alarm to buy so called Crime Prevention Products and the person I spoke to was brilliant. She listened to what I needed and was able to recommend products to me in such a way that I was able to make a choice based on the descriptions and couldn't be happier.
