Items exactly as described on web site

I have recommended the Fence Spikes to my neighbours and friends after several incidents in my area, one friend has already ordered some after seeing my purchase. The site I used Crime Prevention Products was very easy to understand, even for my age group!, and the goods were delivered in 5 days. Excellent!

Very speedy delivery, excellent service

They described the product really well, emphasising that the aim was not to summon help but to shock the assailant to hopefully enable the victim to get away. The alarm arrived in a couple of days and I now feel a bit better about my daughter doing her paper round in the dark in the early mornings

I have recommended them to my local social services dept. I found your company very reliable and delivery was very prompt. I will have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

My husband was recently diagnosed with dementia and had started to wander during the night, I got up one morning to find the front door standing open. The door alarms are invaluable to me as they give me warning when my husband tries to leave the house.

Hi
I bought this item for my daughter who has to walk home late at night in an urban area. It was delivered directly to her address so I have not seen it.
However she is very pleased with it.
On test it is extremely loud and she is impressed with its ergonomic design which allows her to hold it easily in her hand. She also likes the fact that it has a torch.
Thank you for supplying it and please God she never has to use it

Excellent customer service

I ordered 4 Personal Attack Alarms and was very pleased with the prompt delivery. Unfortunately, one of the four turned out to be defective and I emailed Customer Service to ask for a replacement. The reply was very prompt and courteous - and promised to send the replacement immediately (and no need to send the defective one back). The replacement arrived on my doormat the following day.
So - big thumbs up for customer service!

Mr Rogers

Dear sirs
I recently purchased from yourselves the heart shaped attack alarm that can be attached to a handbag . It is for my granddaughter, aged 18, and she is delighted with it, as a nice addition to her bag as well as a practical & easy to use accessory making her feel safer in this rather dangerous world. It has attracted the attention of one of her friends, so I have passed on your email address to her; you can expect further orders.

Compact and loud alarm

Excellent loud volume however one of my daughter's dropped it and the round bit on the front came off. It still works so must be robust!
