Excellent customer service

I ordered 4 Personal Attack Alarms and was very pleased with the prompt delivery. Unfortunately, one of the four turned out to be defective and I emailed Customer Service to ask for a replacement. The reply was very prompt and courteous - and promised to send the replacement immediately (and no need to send the defective one back). The replacement arrived on my doormat the following day.
So - big thumbs up for customer service!
