Safe products and shopping

Shopping experience was good, and delivery of products was timely.
Brought heart shaped keyring alarms for my niece and sisters. After some usage my niece came back to me and said she felt safer having the alarm. She likes the overall look of the alarm and hangs it on her bag; however when the alarm is turned on the tug pulley is quite fragile and will on occasion fall off on it's own initiating the alarm when not really required. I think the product needs a little improvement on that aspect, just to make it sturdier but still be able to keep the image appeal of it.
