Excellent Customer Service - great product and delivery time

Ordered 2 alarms and had some issue with my card transaction resulting in showing 3 debits from my bank account. Emailed and explained and had a reassuring reply with a follow up phone call to explain what had happened and that transactions would not show on bank account the next day. A trustworthy and reassuring customer service I would certainly recommend to others.
