Arrived on time and well packaged

Hello,
Arrived on time and well packaged, looks very good and hopefully we will never have to use it. I very much like the safety catch idea. Certainly makes us feel a lot more confident. Many thanks.

The alarm/chime is exactly what i was looking for. The chime that continues to ring until the door is closed is loud enough for my 91yr old mum to hear, and annoying enough to ensure she closes it!
Coudln't have been easier to fit.
I highly recommend this product.
