Thank you for the window guards which we have placed on all our downstairs windows. After experiencing a burglary in April, we were advised by the police about the use of window guards for further protection against burglary. We ordered 10 and later a further 5, all of which we are very pleased with, as they offer a deterrent to would be burglars.

When one proved faulty, I phoned the office and was treated with respect. A replacement was sent and arrived the next day - very good service!
