10 out of 10. Brilliant. Service like it should be!

10 out of 10. Brilliant. Service like it should be!

Before my recent purchase I rang to ask about the product I was interested in. They took the time to answer all my questions in detail.
I checked prices on the net. They were similar but Crime Prevention Products won hands down on their delivery. Some places charged £10 for next day delivery but Crime Prevention Products charged only £3 and they have an EXCELLENT service.

Upon ordering (Terry took care of all this and was most helpful) they email you when it is sent and dispatched and en route etc. You can check the progress of your order on line. You get a GPS track of the delivery van on the day! They even give you a further email or text when they are about to deliver!

I cannot praise this firm highly enough for doing absolutely everything they possibly could to give you the best customer service you can imagine. As for the goods? We ordered 2 cans of Stoppared because of the very real danger of being attacked and stabbed in Colchester these days. We tested one so we would know how it functions. Did exactly what is said on the tin!

Good service; Good product; Good price – Sounds good to me!

Thank you Terry and Crime Prevention Products

Mr P Doyle
