Thought too cheap to ask for replacement

It seems I probably have done this company an misjustice. The products that worked were excellent. 2 of them didn't but because they were so cheap i thought it silly to complain, I tried Homebase and they wanted £20 each for something similair. Anyway I received a personal phone call apologising and saying I should have complained, and they popped me another 2 in the post......I would definately recommend this company, what a great personal touch and passionate about their products. Thanks again Ruth
