I would like to thank you for your understanding and helpfulness when I thought I had a faulty product. As it turned out it was simply me being too gentle in pushing in the jack plug! What a numptie!

I would like to thank you for your understanding and helpfulness when I thought I had a faulty product. As it turned out it was simply me being too gentle in pushing in the jack plug! What a numptie! However, you didn’t know this when I phoned you and you were so helpful and customer focussed it made a real change. Quit often one finds that service is good when all is well but not always if there is an issue. Many people expect confrontation if they have a problem or concern about a product and it is a pleasure to deal with a customer friendly business. Maybe I am particularly sensitive to what good service is having been a senior manager for a major retailer for 25 years. When asked what good service is, my response is always that it is what the customer thinks it is... and this customer thinks yours is top notch.
