We came across this door lock in an hotel in Southampton last week and thought it was a brilliant idea - I ordered it from you, it arrived within two days - very easily fitted and now in use. We think it's much stronger and less of a fiddle than the chains. Don't know why they're not more recommended by police etc. We told some relatives and have now got an order for another 2 on the way.
